Looking where to begin Your individual fitness journey? Then you should start here!

Consultation must be done before any other individual services and here is why:

  • In the consultation we will meet and get to know each other. It will help You to decide if you wish to work with me and if I can help you to reach your individual goals.

  • With help of questionnaire we will establish your physical and mental health, daily habits, history of injuries etc. Following with physical tests to check your fitness levels. All this, to find optimal methods to reach your personal goals, whereas it is to simply get stronger, or improve your performance in skiing.

    Just after the consultation we will know:

  • Your weaknesses and strengths.

  • Body map - muscle disbalances, pains, movement.

  • Your goals

  • Where to start to reach them.

  • What kind of trainings and how many per week is recommended.

  • Which of individual approach is needed!

*consultation can be done online, via app of your choice, or live if there is a possibility.

1 : 1 training

For people who wants to work together constantly for 3 or more times per week.

There is no secret, that best results can be reached working individually with the coach.

  • Before starting to work together in first consultation we will fill questionnaire to establish your physical and mental health, following with physical tests to check your fitness levels. All this, to find optimal methods to reach your personal goals.

  • You will feel safe knowing, that trainings were planned and supervised by professional. This will let you to relax, not thinking so much if you are doing everything right. Moreover, it diminishes risk of injuries and increase chances to reach your goals.

  • Training plan will be optimized to fit and adapt to your individual fitness level, daily routine, equipment and exercise needs and preferences. Of course everything oriented towards your goals.

  • Personal trainer will always be waiting for you, will push and motivate you when you about to give up. This will make you to show up, put the work in and enjoy the fruits of hard work.

  • Online training can be done in time, comfortable for you no matter where you or the trainer are. Gives you freedom to keep your fitness anywhere.

  • Last, but not least - your journey will be supervised and constantly evaluated with testing, which indicates if you are in the right path towards your goals.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PROGRAM

If you are not new to fitness and prefer workout alone, but you need well structured training plan - this option is for you!

What you will get?

  • Personal consultation via video call (any platform).

  • Pre and post testing guide for assessment of physical fitness and progress.

  • 3 or more Trainings in text and video format with descriptions (can be other options).

  • Program will be tailored according to your fitness level, needs and preferences.

  • Program can be adapted to workout at home, outdoors or gym, with or without equipment by your request.

  • It is recommended to workout along same program not less than 4 - 6 weeks.
